Sierra Dorada is a blend of coffees from the three most important growing regions of the world: Central America, East Africa, and Indonesia. Its full body and slightly nutty flavor come from Indonesia's humid tropics; its spiciness and liveliness are derived from the high peaks of the Central American cordillera; and its richness and complex hints of fruit flavors originate in East Africa's ancient, volcanic soil. The end result is a rich, mellow brew that has multi-layered flavors-flavors that should keep you intrigued cup after cup after cup.
