Mellow, yet richly flavorful, with a concentrated dried fruit sweetness, herbal notes, and ample body.

Frustrated at not being able to get the consistent quality and quantity of Aged Sumatra our customers have come to treasure, we started aging our own. We've been aging this coffee for three years in Singapore, across the Straits of Malacca from Medan. Aging must be done in a wet tropical environment, where beans take on moisture at the height of the monsoon, and give it back during drier seasons, without ever drying out completely.
