Bistro Nouveau Coffee or Tea Glass
Bodum
In 1980 we designed the first coffee cups in heat resistant sodalime glass with plastic handle, and since then the glass cups have been such a success that we have only modified the design to resemble other Bodum tea and coffee makers. Over time, and thanks to high volumes, it has been possible for Bodum to bring the price down to an incredibly low $9.00 for two pieces. More than just a simple design for the hand. The high-tech, low-conduction glass material keeps your tea, coffee or soup warm for longer than any other material. No other glass will maintain a look as new and clear as this borosilicate glass - even after two to three years of dishwasher use. The handle is made of reinforced nylon and is easily removed from the glass for cleaning. But this is not a must; it stands up to the dishwasher as well as the cup itself.
