India Monsooned Malabar

Monsooned Malabar is a unique coffee which has the typical characteristics of an aged coffee, reminiscent of the days when the coffee arrived in Europe after spending months in the damp holds of the sailing ships that carried the coffee around the Cape of Good Hope at the southern tip of Africa. The taste and flavor are very low acidity, with a heavy syrupy, yet mellow flavor.
