Fresh roasted 'coffee with a conscience' is now available. To conserve on resources, we are roasting on Mondays and Thursdays. All of our roasted coffees are packaged in 1 or 2 pound sealed bags (your choice) with one way degassing valves and shipped within 24 hours of roasting!!! All coffees are certified Organic, Fair-Trade, Shade Grown, and/or Rainforest Alliance.
