Generally considered the best of the Ethiopian coffees, Yirgacheffe (Ethiopians say ear-ga-chef-A) has a distinct citrus flavor that you taste immediately on the first sip. It is a clean, bright coffee with a lingering aftertaste that is different and unique from what most people consider a typical coffee taste.
